Passage Series
About The Series
This series started in 2009 and I have added to this over recent years. It was the first time I began to use the interior line to divide the canvas and use perspective. I have revisited this motif in other series, the lines are always slightly different but always fluorescent white to give structure and contrast to the background and help play with the perspective. The Passage series echo my interest in contemporary architecture, city life and digital landscapes. These works have been created in small and large format and various colour ways.
